Submissions are closed for 2017.
The following provides general submission information for the Narrative Features section:
- Running Time: 72 minute minimum
- Must be written or directed by a person of African descent or feature a person of African descent in leading role
- Must be produced post January 1, 2016
- Please note there is a submission fee of $55
- Submissions must be received no later than the March 1 deadline
