HOTEL DEPOSIT
Room nights reserved with discounted group rate have a required 1 (1st) night room and tax guarantee deposit due at booking. For any cancelled reservation or reservations noted as a “no show” (i.e. if the reservation is not cancelled, and the room not occupied), the 1 (1st) night room and tax deposit will be forfeit as the cancel/ no show penalty.
